Changzhou University purchases low-temperature differential scanning calorimeter from Nanjing Exhibition to assist in the research of energy materials

Differential scanning calorimeter, as a thermal analysis instrument, has many application fields, such as materials science, chemical engineering, biology, food and energy. Accurate understanding of thermal performance parameters such as glass transition temperature, melting point, and crystallization temperature is crucial for optimizing material formulations and processes in the development of high-performance petrochemical materials. Changzhou University has purchased the DZ-DSC300L differential scanning calorimeter from Nanjing Exhibition for the research and testing of energy materials.

The DZ-DSC300L differential scanning calorimeter has a wide temperature range and can measure temperatures from -170 ℃ to 600 ℃, meeting the diverse needs of the petrochemical industry for studying the thermal properties of different materials at different environmental temperatures. The instrument adopts an intelligent temperature control system, which can achieve multiple temperature settings and make the operation more user-friendly. The DZ-DSC300L differential scanning calorimeter, with its high sensitivity, can track the thermal response of materials in real-time during temperature changes, ensuring that no important thermal analysis information is missed during dynamic testing, such as rapid heating or cooling experiments.


On the debugging site, technical engineers installed and debugged the instruments, and conducted actual testing. Detailed introductions were given on specific sample preparation, setting experimental parameters, and spectrum analysis, allowing operators to have a clear understanding of the correct use of the instruments. Regarding the use of the instrument in the future, there will be corresponding after-sales personnel to coordinate and fully ensure the normal use of each customer's instrument.
