Introduction
DZ-STA401 is a newly launched simultaneous TG/DSC thermal analyzer by Nanjing Dazhan Instrument. The instrument features an automatic lifting furnace structure design, making sample testing more convenient. It is also equipped with a digital flowmeter that can automatically control the gas flow rate. The software has been upgraded, providing more accurate analysis. The instrument can be connected to an infrared device, enhancing its functionality.
The Simultaneous Thermogravimetric Analyzer (STA) is a precision instrument that combines Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) and Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA), enabling simultaneous measurement of sample mass change and heat change. Its working principle is based on the temperature change of the sample and the processes of heat conduction, absorption, and radiation. It operates by controlling the temperature of the heating furnace to heat, cool, and maintain a constant temperature for the sample, and then detects and records the temperature change and corresponding physicochemical properties of the sample.
The DZ-STA401 synchronous thermal analyzer can simultaneously detect both tg and DSC information, with a wide range of measurable parameters, including thermal stability, oxidation-reduction, decomposition behavior, corrosivity research, decomposition kinetics analysis, melting/crystallization, solid-phase transition, crystallinity, glass transition, and more.
Features
The heating element of the furnace body is made of double-row wound platinum-rhodium alloy wire, which reduces interference and is more resistant to high temperatures.
The tray sensor, crafted with precious metal alloy wires, boasts advantages such as high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The power supply and circulating cooling system are separated from the main unit to minimize the impact of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance.
The host adopts an isolated heating furnace body to minimize the thermal impact on the chassis and micro-thermal balance.
The furnace body adopts double insulation for better linearity; it is equipped with automatic lifting, allowing for rapid cooling.
Equipped with an exhaust outlet, it can be used in conjunction with infrared equipment and other devices.
