Introduction

DZ-TGA101 is a basic thermogravimetric analyzer produced by Nanjing Dazhan Testing Instrument. With a temperature range from room temperature to 1250℃, it adopts an intelligent temperature control system, enabling temperature rise, constant temperature, and temperature drop, thus meeting the testing needs of different materials. It features an open-top furnace structure for easier sample testing, a bidirectional operating system for more convenient operation, and other advantages.


Thermogravimetric analysis (TG, TGA) involves observing the change in sample mass with temperature or time during heating, isothermal holding, or cooling, with the aim of studying the thermal stability and composition of materials. It is widely used in research and development, process optimization, and quality monitoring in various fields such as plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metallic materials, and composite materials.


The DZ-TGA101 thermogravimetric analyzer primarily measures the thermal stability, decomposition process, adsorption and desorption, oxidation and reduction, quantitative analysis of components, and the effects of additives and fillers of materials.

Features

  • The heating element of the furnace body is made of double-row wound noble metal nickel-chromium alloy wire, which reduces interference and is more resistant to high temperatures.

  • The top-opening structure is adopted, making operation convenient. However, it is difficult to move the furnace body upward to place samples, which can easily cause damage to the sample rod.

  • The wide temperature range can meet the testing temperature requirements of different materials.

  • The host utilizes a water-based thermostat to isolate the heating furnace from affecting the chassis and micro-thermal balance.

  • The power supply and circulating cooling system are separated from the main unit to minimize the impact of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance.

  • The furnace body can be replaced according to customer requirements.
