Introduction
DZ3500S is a new carbon black content tester launched by Nanjing Dazhan Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. It can test up to 4 samples at a time, doubling the efficiency. With its open-cover design, it is convenient to place samples, and it cools down quickly, ensuring high experimental efficiency. It also boasts advantages such as one-click calculation of carbon black and ash content, and easy operation.
The carbon black content tester is a specialized instrument used to determine the carbon black content in a substance. Its testing method involves first pyrolyzing a certain amount of sample in a nitrogen atmosphere at high temperature. After pyrolysis is complete, oxygen is switched in for combustion. The weight loss during oxygen combustion is the carbon black content.
The DZ3500S carbon black content tester is suitable for determining the carbon black content in polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutylene plastics, cable and optical cable insulation and sheath materials, as well as rubber.
