Introduction
DZ3500A is a carbon black content tester launched by Nanjing Dazhan Testing Instrument. With a brand-new structural design, it features fast heat dissipation, multi-segment temperature settings, and more user-friendly operation. It can directly calculate the carbon black and ash content, ensuring more accurate measurement data.
The DZ3500A carbon black content tester is primarily designed to measure the proportion of carbon black in plastics like polyethylene and polypropylene. Its operational principle involves heating the sample in a nitrogen-protected environment, causing organic components to decompose and evaporate, leaving behind carbon black and ash. It is suitable for determining the carbon black content in various materials such as cable and optical cable insulation, sheathing materials, plastic pipes, plastic granules, and colorants.
