Introduction
DZ-TGA201 is a newly launched automatic lifting thermogravimetric analyzer by Nanjing Dazhan Instrument. The furnace body adopts an automatic lifting structure, making it convenient to place samples and achieve rapid cooling. The instrument boasts high precision, capable of capturing subtle mass changes. With PID intelligent temperature control, it can perform temperature elevation, constant temperature maintenance, and cooling, featuring bidirectional control for more convenient operation.
The working principle of the thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) is based on programmed temperature control, measuring the relationship between the mass of a substance and temperature or time. It plays an important role in fields such as materials science, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and environmental science, helping researchers gain a deeper understanding of the thermal stability, decomposition behavior, composition, and reaction kinetics of materials.
Features
The heating element of the furnace body is made of double-row wound platinum-rhodium alloy wire, which reduces interference and is more resistant to high temperatures.
The tray sensor is crafted from precious metal alloy wire, boasting advantages such as high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The power supply and circulating cooling system are separated from the main unit to minimize the impact of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance.
Equipped with an exhaust outlet, it can be used in conjunction with infrared equipment and other devices.
The host adopts an isolated heating furnace body to minimize the thermal impact on the chassis and micro-thermal balance.
The furnace body adopts double insulation for better linearity; it is equipped with automatic lifting, allowing for rapid cooling.
