Introduction
The DZ3320A differential thermal analyzer, produced by Nanjing Dazhan Testing Instruments, is a high-temperature differential analyzer with a temperature range from room temperature to 1200℃. It features PID intelligent temperature control, multi-segment temperature setting, fast measurement speed, and a brand-new furnace design with good heat preservation. Additionally, it boasts a 7-inch color LCD touch screen display and other performance advantages.
Differential thermal analysis (DTA) is a technique that measures the relationship between temperature difference and temperature between a substance and a reference material under program-controlled temperature. The DTA curve describes the relationship between temperature difference (ΔT) between the sample and the reference material as a function of temperature or time. In DTA experiments, the change in sample temperature is caused by endothermic or exothermic effects of phase transitions or reactions, such as phase transitions, melting, changes in crystal structure, boiling, sublimation, evaporation, dehydrogenation reactions, cracking or decomposition reactions, oxidation or reduction reactions, destruction of lattice structure, and other chemical reactions. It is widely used in various fields, such as materials science, chemistry, physics, biology, and more.
