Introduction
The DZ3600 carbon black dispersity tester is a dedicated instrument for assessing the dispersion of pigments or carbon black in polyolefin pipes, fittings, and compounding materials.
The software of DZ3600 and the corresponding microscope can establish the intrinsic relationship between these parameters and macroscopic performance indicators such as mechanical properties, antistatic properties, and moisture absorption properties through measuring the size, morphology, and distribution of carbon black agglomerates. This will have a positive impact on the quality assurance, production process, and new product development of plastic materials, while promoting the rapid improvement of technological levels in enterprises and industries.
Features
Using professional image analysis method, the determination of carbon black dispersion grade is completed by computer, with high detection accuracy.
Equipped with a professional microscope and a 5-megapixel CMOS image transmitter.
It can save images individually, with four sizes to choose from: 640 * 480, 1024 * 7681280 * 1024, 2592 * 1944.
Rich image processing functions to meet various image processing needs.
The software has two methods for segmenting carbon black images: automatic and manual.
Equipped with a micrometer ruler, pixel size calibration can be performed, and the software has the function of moving the ruler to measure the distance between any two points.
