Introduction
The DZ3900 carbon black dispersity detector is a rapid comparison method for evaluating the dispersion of carbon black and carbon black silica in rubber.
This instrument is compatible with software based on DZ3900 and corresponding professional microscopes. It measures the scale, morphology, and dispersion of carbon black particles through imaging methods, and establishes the intrinsic relationship between these parameters and macroscopic performance indicators such as mechanical properties, anti-static properties, and moisture absorption properties. This will have a positive impact on the quality assurance, production process, and new product development of rubber materials, while promoting the rapid improvement of the technological level of enterprises and industries.

The determination of carbon black dispersion grade is completed by computer using image analysis method, with high detection accuracy.
The target carbon black particle size can be analyzed from the micrometer to millimeter scale.
Equipped with a high-definition microscope and a 5-million-CMOS image transmitter.
Can save images individually, with four sizes to choose from: 640 * 480, 1024 * 768, 1280 * 1024, 25292 * 1944
Rich image processing functions to meet various image processing needs.
The software has two methods for segmenting carbon black images: automatic and manual.
