Introduction

DZDR-S is a transient heat source thermal conductivity meter produced by Nanjing Dazhan Testing Instrument. It features a brand-new design, being compact and simple. It boasts fast measurement speed and a wide measurement range, and can measure samples including liquids, solid blocks, metals, alloys, ores, powders, colloids, pastes, films, and insulation materials. It can provide results within 5~160s, and the accompanying software can directly calculate the thermal conductivity, making operation convenient.


The DZDR-S thermal conductivity tester utilizes transient plane source (TPS) technology, enabling the testing of thermal conductivity properties of various types and forms of materials. The transient plane source method is a novel approach in studying thermal conductivity, elevating measurement technology to a new level. It facilitates rapid and accurate measurement of thermal conductivity during material research, greatly facilitating quality control, material production, and laboratory research for enterprises. Optional accessories include powder test containers and liquid cups.

Features

  • Direct measurement, with a test time adjustable from approximately 5 to 160 seconds, can quickly and accurately measure the thermal conductivity, saving a significant amount of time.

  • No special sample preparation is required, and there are no specific requirements for the sample shape.

  • Conducting non-destructive testing on samples means that the samples can be reused.

  • The probe is designed with a double helix structure, and by combining a proprietary mathematical model, the core algorithm is utilized to analyze and calculate the data collected by the probe.

  • Intelligent human-machine interface, color LCD display, touch screen control, easy and simple operation.

  • The control system of the host utilizes an ARM microprocessor, which boasts a faster operation speed compared to traditional microprocessors, thereby enhancing the system's analysis and processing capabilities.
