Introduction

The DZ-STA200 synchronous thermal analysis instrument integrates thermogravimetric analysis (TG) with differential thermal analysis (DTA) or differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), allowing simultaneous acquisition of TG and DTA or DSC information from the same sample in a single measurement. It features a temperature range up to 1250℃, multi-stage temperature settings, a color touch screen display, and simple and quick operation.


Simultaneous thermal analysis combines thermogravimetric analysis (TG) with differential thermal analysis (DTA) or differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) into one integrated system, allowing for the simultaneous acquisition of TG and DTA or DSC information using the same sample in a single measurement.

DSC: melting, crystallization, phase transition, reaction temperature and reaction heat;

TG: thermal stability, decomposition, redox, adsorption and desorption, free water and crystal water content, calculation of component ratios, etc.


Features

  • The heating element of the furnace body is constructed using double-row winding of precious metal alloy wires to reduce interference and enhance its resistance to high temperatures.

  • The tray sensor utilizes a ceramic rod as the connecting rod, which boasts advantages such as high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance.

  • The power supply and circulating cooling system are separated from the main unit to minimize the impact of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance.

  • It adopts an open-top structure, making operation convenient.

  • The host machine is equipped with a heat insulation device to isolate the thermal impact of the heating furnace body on the chassis and micro-thermal balance.

  • The furnace body can be replaced according to customer requirements.
