Introduction

The DZ-STA300 synchronous thermal analyzer, launched by Nanjing Dazhan Testing Instruments, is a high-temperature version that utilizes the same sample to simultaneously obtain TG and DSC information. With a temperature range spanning from room temperature to 1550℃, its broad temperature coverage meets the measurement needs of various materials. Its open-cover design facilitates easy sample testing and simple operation.


The DZ-STA300 synchronous thermal analyzer can simultaneously measure tg/dsc signals and has a wide range of applications, including metals, plastics and polymers, coatings, pharmaceuticals, food, chemistry, glass, and other materials.

The DSC signal can provide information about the melting and crystallization process, crystallinity, glass transition, phase transition, reaction temperature and heat, specific heat, oxidation stability, solidification, purity, and other aspects of the sample;

TGA signals can provide information about the thermal stability, thermo-oxidative stability, decomposition process, redox process, adsorption and desorption, gasification and sublimation of the sample, as well as the effects of additives and fillers, and reaction kinetics.


Features

  • The heating element of the furnace body is made of double-row wound noble metal nickel-chromium alloy wire, which reduces interference and is more resistant to high temperatures.

  • The tray sensor is crafted from precious metal nickel-chromium alloy, boasting advantages such as high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance.

  • The power supply and circulating cooling system are separated from the main unit to minimize the impact of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance.

  • The top-opening structure is adopted, making operation convenient. However, it is difficult to move the furnace body upwards to place samples, which may easily cause damage to the sample rod.

  • The host machine adopts a heat insulation device to isolate the thermal impact of the heating furnace body on the chassis and micro-thermal balance.

  • The furnace body can be replaced according to customer requirements.
